Message	When my van was totaled a few months ago the insurance company reimbursed me based on a detailed review; It took into account some expected and some unexpected things: quality of paint or lack thereof, cd player, mileage, tire tread, stains, etc. and added or deducted money for anything that was better or worse than expected for that particluar model and year. Even the condition of the seats for example.
